Medical Insurance:
I am currently an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.
I also bill out-of-network for Cigna. Cigna members please confirm that you have out-of-network coverage.
Your individual plan coverage may vary, please check with your plan to confirm that acupuncture coverage is offered and if coverage applies before or after your deductible is met. There will be a “member” phone number on the back of your card and it should be a fairly easy phone call.
If you would like to have me check eligibility for you, please reach out by email.
For people who who would like to bill their insurance directly, I am able to provide you with a superbill.
