New Clients
I’m currently accepting new clients. Please book a “New Client Intake and Treatment.” If you are unable to find one that fits into your schedule please reach out to me at ann@ahamaine.com and we will figure something out.
Medical Insurance:
I an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, however your individual coverage may vary.
I also bill out-of-network for Cigna. Cigna members please confirm that you have out-of-network coverage.
Individual plan coverage varies and not all Anthem and HP plans cover acupuncture. Please check with your plan to confirm that acupuncture treatment is covered and if coverage applies before or after your deductible is met. There will be a “member” phone number on the back of your card and it should be a fairly easy phone call.
If you would like to have me check eligibility for you, please reach out by email, I will need your Member ID and date of birth.
For people who who would like to bill their insurance directly, I am able to provide you with a superbill.
